Training
Hitting lessons in El Paso
TX Torque teaches hitting in El Paso with coaches who played pro ball, led by Fielding and Hitting Director Eudor Garcia (4th round, 2014 MLB Draft). Every swing is measured with TrackMan for exit velocity and launch angle.
How we train hitters
Hitting at Torque is part of one connected system. What we build in the weight room shows up in the cage, and the numbers prove it.
- Mechanics: swing work taught by coaches who hit at the professional level in the U.S. and Mexico.
- Power: rotational power and speed work that turns strength into bat speed.
- Data: TrackMan tracks exit velocity (how hard the ball comes off the bat) and launch angle (the flight that turns contact into damage) on every swing.
- Reps: five batting cages with machines on every lane at our new facility.
